In Dorset, from the work DCA undertakes to support local charities and not for profit / voluntary groups, we regularly hear about how difficult it is to recruit trustees. We recognise the growing demands and pressure on trustee boards and have set up the Trustee Club to address these issues.

  • DORSET FUNDING FAIR 2019 - SAVE THE DATE - 7TH NOVEMBER 2019

    Now in its 6th year, this event brings voluntary and community groups, charities and social enterprises together with funders, voluntary sector support organisations and professionals. A range of workshops enable delegates to obtain valuable advice and support, knowledge and skills on a range of fundraising and finance related topics. Finally, there is the opportunity to network with local organisations, share experience, ideas and solutions. Read more
