Vacancy – Regional Chair, South West

Riding for the Disabled Association are recruiting for a Regional Chair

The Regional Chair is a voluntary position providing development and direction within the South West Region. This is an excellent opportunity to engage your leadership skills and get involved with RDA beyond your local group. We are looking for a professional with managerial experience who is reliable, warm and empathetic with the ability to motivate others. Experience of chairing meetings would be an advantage along with strong organisational and listening skills.

The Regional Chair:

  • Provides opportunities to influence the wider RDA community
  • Consults with the region members ensuring collaborative involvement for decisions and actions.
  • Liaises with National Office, Regional Staff and Groups.
  • Encourages the recruitment, induction and training of new volunteers.
