Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Programme

Salary £19,306 Per annum (pro rata £10,957)
21 hrs per week
Based in Wimborne
Fixed Term Contract until June 2023 

This post will be funded by European Social Fund and The National Lottery Community Fund as part of the Building Better Opportunities Programme.

Dorset Community Action (DCA) is looking for a Programme Assistant, to assist the Inspire Dorset Team in the delivery of the BBO programme, which aims to support unemployed people into employment, training or starting a business with tailored support for individual needs.

To be successful  you must have:-

  • Good administrative and communication skills
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Experience in the use of Databases and IT
  • Be competent in the use of social media.

This is a part-time role (21 hours per week) based at the Community Learning and Resource Centre in Wimborne and is offered on a fixed term contract until 30th June 2023. The split of hours across the week is negotiable and the role does require a DBS check.
