Would you like to improve your own skills and the skills of those around you to achieve greater collaboration? If so this leadership training is for you.

As part of the programme to support leaders and teams in meeting health and social care demands in Dorset, the Dorset Workforce Action Board is offering a dedicated workshop to help to develop the skills of 10 voluntary sector leaders.

Most leadership workshops focus on changing behaviour. This is a unique opportunity to attend a local workshop which is based on changing and developing leadership mindset.

Arbinger’s Outward Mindset Training helps people to see in a different way - to see problems differently, conflicts differently, challenges differently, opportunities differently, each other differently. Until someone begins to see differently, old problems remain and opportunities that make an organisation/system stronger are missed. A shift in a team, organisational or system culture cannot be accomplished simply by focusing on changing behaviour, because just as behaviour drives results, mindset drives behaviour.

Arbinger training can help individuals, teams, and organisations to change from an inward disconnected mindset to an outward collaborative mindset. This training will provide the tools necessary to implement strategies and behavioural patterns that reinforce this change.
