Learn from Dorset Community Foundation about the due diligence checks that DCF (and many other funders) undertake on organisations applying for funding, before reading the actual application.

Low Carbon Dorset will explain what can be done to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs and Virgin Money’s Fraud Awareness workshop will share best practice in regards to what to look out for and stay as safe as possible not only online but through the post and telephone.

The National Lottery Community Fund – Reaching Communities Programme, will be doing an afternoon workshop.

Watch this space as further workshops and the full agenda are added…

You will also be able to talk to Big Lottery Community Fund, Talbot Village Trust, Volunteer Centre Dorset, Ward Goodman, Wimborne and Ferndown Lions who continue to support this event.

And of Course, DCA Community advisors will be on hand to answer your questions about legal structures and good governance, developing evidence of need and consulting the community, finding funders and diversifying your income to improve sustainability. Talk to us and find out more about how DCA can support your organisation.

Thank you to all the funders and support organisations who give their time to make this event a success and to Dorset Council for their support in enabling DCA to continue to hold the event.
