Held on Wednesday 16th September 2020.

As we all begin putting together our recovery plans and thinking about the future of our organisations, we thought it would be a good time to reflect on how collaborative practice can help.  Whether this is informally through sharing resources and time or formally through merging there can be many benefits.

We will also be reviewing the latest Government Guidance on Social Gatherings and reflecting on whether there are any impacts for our sector from the new advice.  Furlough will begin winding down for some organisations, so we will take a moment to look at support and guidance for beyond Furlough.

Topics will include:

  • Update on Government Guidance – social gatherings
  • Working together, how collaborations could benefit you.
  • Understanding and thinking about merger.
  • Registering your building with the new NHS test & trace app.
  • Coming out of furlough.
  • Planning your funding for financial survival and sustainability.
  • Funding update.
