Feedback from extensive public engagement, most recently through the NHS Dorset CCG Clinical Services Review, has highlighted that transport and healthcare accessibility is a significant challenge for some members of the community, especially those in rural areas.  


Dorset’s Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) partners are working to explore the potential to join-up non-emergency patient transport (health) and other commissioned transport services (Local Authority), with the aim of improving access to health.   For more information, please visit our website.     


We are inviting key stakeholders to be involved in a full-day workshop on 17 July 2018 to explore what these services might look like and how they could work.  We hope that you will be able to join us at the event to be held as follows:
