Feedback from NHS Dorset

As many of you know, the NHS in Dorset is reviewing physical health services for children and young people provided in the community. This includes primary and community care as well as community hospital services for 0-25 year olds.

The first stage of this review was to find out what is being done well and what could be done better. We developed surveys for young people aged 16-25 and parents/carers of children and young people aged 0-25. We also had a survey for other local stakeholders with an interest in the provision of health services for children/young people.

We are now at the end of our view seeking stage. The views shared with us were independently collated and analysed by Bournemouth University.

A huge thank you to everyone who provided us with their views and/or helped to promote our #BeHeard view seeking.

We are delighted to share the outcomes of this work with you. Both a high level overview and the full view seeking report produced by Bournemouth University can be found here
