DCA has agreed a Corporate Plan for 2008-11 which sets out our priorities for three years. Each year a Work Plan is agreed that sets out how we translate the Corporate Plan into activities. DCA produces a number of reports on how well it has carried out its charitable activities. The Work Plan is reported on at 6 and 12 months intervals. Our audited accounts give a financial picture of how we have used the money we receive. The accompanying Trustees Annual Report describes how that money has been used to carry out our activities, what has been achieved with it, and what our plans are for the future. Each year we survey those that we have worked with and produce a report based on the responses of individual organisations, and on the responses from partnerships and other regular meetings we attend.
